Summary:

This touch-screen DSC instrument is specially developed for the test of oxidation induction time of polymer materials, supporting user-friendly one-key operation and fully automatic control via the dedicated software.

It is in full compliance with the following standards:

Features:

1.The industrial-grade wide-screen touch panel presents comprehensive operating data, including set temperature, sample temperature, oxygen flow rate, nitrogen flow rate, differential thermal signal and various working state indicators.


2.It is equipped with a USB communication port, featuring strong compatibility, stable signal transmission and an automatic reconnection function.

3.The furnace chamber boasts a compact structure, with adjustable heating and cooling rates.

4.The upgraded assembly adopts a mechanical fixing scheme, which completely avoids interference from internal colloidal substances inside the furnace to the differential thermal signal.

5.The furnace is heated by electric heating wires and cooled by circulating cooling water with compressor refrigeration, presenting a compact and miniaturized structure.

6.Dual temperature probes ensure high repeatability of sample temperature measurement, and dedicated temperature control technology is adopted to adjust the furnace wall temperature to match the preset sample temperature.

7.The gas flowmeter realizes automatic switching between dual gas channels, with fast switching speed and short stabilization duration.

8.A standard sample is supplied for convenient calibration of the temperature coefficient and enthalpy coefficient.

9.The software supports all screen resolutions and automatically adapts the curve display mode to the monitor size. It is compatible with laptops and desktop computers, and supports operating systems including Win2000, XP, Vista, Win7, Win8 and Win10.

10.It allows users to edit the instrument’s operating modes based on actual demands to achieve full automation of testing procedures. The software provides dozens of functional instructions, enabling users to flexibly combine and save instructions according to their test steps, simplifying complex operations into one-key execution.

11.The fully enclosed support structure prevents foreign objects from falling into and contaminating the furnace chamber, thus lowering the maintenance rate.
